We are deeply committed to helping you better understand retirement planning and Social Security. However, every individual’s financial, personal, and legal situation is unique and our courses, newsletters, in-person coaching, and other digital media are designed to help you help yourself, but not to tell you exactly what to do with your specific situation or circumstances.

Grant of Rights by Beta Testers
If you are a Beta Tester in the course Social Security Simplified, you hereby grant to HSM Media LLC (“Producer”), and its assigns, licensees, and successors, the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, and otherwise use your image, voice, likeness, and statements—whether written, audio, or video—in connection with the course Social Security Simplified or any successor title. This grant includes, but is not limited to, use in promotional materials, testimonials, advertising, and course content.
Compensation for Beta Testers
If you are a Beta Tester, In exchange for your participation, you will receive access to the full course Social Security Simplified at a discounted rate of $29.70, which reflects a 90% discount off the current retail price of $297. No additional monetary compensation shall be provided for your participation or the use of your image, voice, or statements as outlined above.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by Retirement Ready Academy—including videos, workbooks, graphics, written materials, and course structures—is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.
Communications
By enrolling in our products or submitting your contact information, you agree to receive email communications related to our courses, updates, or promotions. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Limitation of Liability
Social Security Simplified, HSM Media LLC, Holy Schmidt!, Geoffrey Schmidt, and the Retirement Ready Community and its affiliates do not guarantee results and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content or services.
No Warranties
We do our best to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but we make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or applicability of any content.

Lifetime Access
When you enroll in our courses, you are granted lifetime access to the materials as long as the course remains available. This means you can revisit and enjoy the content at any time, at your own pace. However, please note that lifetime access is contingent upon our ability to continue offering and updating the course. In the event that we are unable to provide updates, or if the course or Retirement Ready Community (or its successor) is sold or otherwise transferred to a new entity, we may no longer be able to maintain access to the course. While we strive to ensure continuity, such changes may result in the termination of your rights to lifetime access.
Social Security Simplified, HSM Media LLC, Holy Schmidt!, Geoffrey Schmidt and the Retirement Ready Community are not affiliated in any way with the Social Security Administration or any other government entity.
